I have a question to ask those who know the answer. Currently my wife is hold B-1 visa status and come to USA to stay with me(US citizen). I would like to know how to change her status because the INS only give her one month on the I-94 form plus marked no change of status or extention of status on the I-94 and her passport. I am in a tough situation and like to know are there ways to resolve this problem through legal avenue? oh yeah we are married in China this past October after she has obtained her B-1 visa.
