nihao. I read a lot of your posts. I will really greatly appreciate if you help with my question.
I filed NIW the end of last sep to California, then it was transferred to texas on march 22. I kew people got approved in EB3 and EB2. But the EB2 people were LC based. Never heard any news for NIW cases. Do you have any idea about this. I think they should have started all kinds of cased which were transferred. And I heard that 15000 cases were transferred. How long will take Texas to finish all this cases. I have no idea how many cases do they do per month. From the processing time table, it seems that they are slow down in the cases which were filed to Texas directly.
