Hi, Dear xiaobaitu, can you help, 485 pending( not primary petitioner), PD current for 2 months( it is said name check is not clear), will transfer from H1 to F1 affect 485 approval? or transfer from H1 to H4, then H4 to F1? when it is legal because F1 approval need a while? Is these transfering affect 485 approval?
