My case was filed to CSC in September 2005 (Eb1-b, OR, concurrent 140/485, RD:09/29/05, ND: 10/06/05) and was transferred to TSC on 03/22/06. I am still waiting for 140 approval after 7 months of wating....Does anyone EB1-b I-140 was approved at CSC (TSC) recently?
