I am transfering my H1b, but have a few questions (listed below) when filling out I-539 for my daughter. Her H4 won't expire until Nov 2007 and I-485 pending with my approved I-140 (OR). Thank you in advance. Sorry if the questions are too basic.
1. I am not sure about the application type. Choices are a) an extension of stay in current status; b) a change of status; c) other (Describe grounds of eligibility).
2. When should I request for the new expiration date, 3 years from now or other date?
3.Is my daughter an applicant for an immigrant visa?
4. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for my daughter?
