I am sorry I cannot type Chinese now?
Our local Congressman helped us send inquire to VSC to check why LG's I485 case is still pending even though his name check has been cleared with FBI. Today Congressman forwarded us the answer from VSC:
Since they are together as a family if one is pending, the other case will remain pending until we hear back on the security checks for both of them.
Does this answer make any senses? We knew that there are cases like hu*****and or wife got GC earlier than the other. Is there a standard procedure for them to follow? What can I do next?
