there are 2 questions, pls help:
1. i have H-1B around 5years, applied my labor certificate in sep. 2002, i got my 45 days letter from back log center in Jan and cfmed with them to continue my case. up to now, i haven't got any reply from labor dept, even no case number.
so is it normal? how long usually it takes to get the labor certificate after 45 days letter cfmed?
2. my wife received her 140 and 485 receipt in aug. 2004, unfortunately her case is still pending too.
so can i file up the 485/140 with her right now?
