I am preparing the PERM right now.But since I am Engineer Level One, the job only requires Bachelor degree plus 2 years working experience, even I have a Master Degree, the company's lawer said I can only apply for EB3. In our company, Engineer Level Two requires Bachelor degree Plus 5 years experience.
So here is my questions
1.Is it possible for me to apply for EB2 right now?
2.If not, there are two ways I could do: apply GC EB3 now or wait until I become Engineer level Two then I can apply for EB2
3.Should I find my own lawer instead of the company's lawer?
