First, I am sorry that I can not input Chinese since this laptop is a company's property. I have a question about my father's visa and really hope someone who have the knowledge or similar experiences can help and thanks in advance. My father got visa about 1 month ago, the visa official put M entries and "One month visit" on the annotation, my understanding of this was my father can enter US with this visa for multiple times in a year but everytime his stay can not exceed 1 month. Now my father came and on I-94 the stamp says valid from APR 30 2006 to OCT 30 2006, I feel quite confused about this, what should be the right interpretation? Does that mean the time period on I-94 takes precedence over the one on the visa got in China? thanks..............!!!!
