我的一个朋友再过10天就要办理结婚签证去美国了， 可是突然噩耗传来她的先生突然因车祸去世。现在的问题是她的结婚签证签证还能办得出吗，先生都已不在了？不知哪位懂这方面的，请给予回答一下。非常感谢。
