紧急求救：B2 extension deny for parent !!!!!! IVPingShu2006-05-06 07:15:03

I just received a form I-541 from USCIS.The title of the form is "Notice of decision". It said I did not offer enought matirals to support this applicaiton. This is case the denial.

Even I already mailed all the matirals after I did efiling. It seems they did not consider my case with the matirals which I mailed.

But they did not mention how long should my parent can stay at the U.S.

Can I appeal this case? Because I don't think they handled my case with all of the matrial I gave to them, specially for I-94, I mailed,
but they said, we did not offer, and they did not mail back.

Anyone can help?

Form I-541 就是用来通知被拒的吗？因为有些看不懂

递交motion to reopen 这段时间的stay 合法吗？过期之后

4/28 过期的，今天才收到移民局的信（I-541)

被拒后如未上诉或申请reopen应该马上离境，如逾期过六个月，三年不准

再入境，一年逾期会被禁十年

那被拒后,如果不犯法的话,多久之内是可以的,半年吗?

reopen 会有用,移民局的信上是说我给的资料,他们没受到吧?

reopen通常用1-3个月,你看我以前的贴，就知道我已经建议了N次不要在

移民申请领域用Efiling,用receipt return mail保险

只用哭的份儿了!!!

还有格式是啥样?我没查到.
