H1-B return to US with advance parol--can I continue to work for poorman1002006-05-12 04:00:20

advance parole approved 4/27/2006

I am currently working with H1-B visa. I plan to visit Shanghai in the begining of June and want to return with advance parol. My concern is: can I continue to work for the same employer (H1-B sponsor) without EAD card? Please advise.I have not applied for EAD yet.Probably it is going to take more than 3 months now. If I file application for EAD and wait until it gets approved, I won't be able to visit Shanghai in June 2006.
