I just got emails for 485 RFEs for both myself and my child, not sure what they ask about yet, the problem is that we both will go to China this summer about a month, I applied AP on Feb. but haven't got any response, I don't apply AP for my child since I think h4 will work ok for him.
What status should we get back to USA if the 485 got approved when we were at China? should we both use AP? if we don't have AP, then what? frustrating...
Really appreciate any inputs.
