Last year, I was arrested when my wife and I quarreled and fought with each other. The police did not let me make fingerprint and take photos. After that, I petitioned expungement this case and soon it was approved. At the beginning of this year, the state police informed me all things about expungement were done.
1) My question is for me how to fill in #38 of DS156 (Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense)? Yes or No.
2) By expungement law, I can say “NO” for these types of questions. Is it right?
3) What bad consequences are there for my future application for visa, or green card?
