My layer put my 140 into EB2 (advance degree) in Schedule A and filed to VSC. My RD is Jan 11 2006, ND (notice day) is Jan 27. Two reasons: no LC required and Schedule A is current so far. Not wrong?
So far no transfer happened. Since 485 filing for whole family thru the lawyer is so expensive, I'm seeking to do 485s by self. Any recommendations and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
