F1递交I-485后到底可不可以维持原来的身份？ happycat09122006-05-17 05:50:34

考了一下古，版上的回答不一致。我有如下几个问题：
1. F-1 递交485后是否自动失去F身份呢？如果不是，那么是不是可以申请AP何EAD备用, 但是暂时不使用以保持valid的F1？
2. 在485pending过程中，是否可以继续RA或TA without using EAD?

I don't think you can get CPT after 485, you can use EAD
