I am planning to travel back to mainland China in the summer.
I am currently in H-1B Visa, with my I-140 approved, but not being able to file
I-485 due to my priority date (September 28, 2005) is not current.
I have to apply for H-1B visa in US consulate general in Shanghai for reentry into US. Anyone had the same situation? Could you please provide a check list of required documents and any advice?
