My Money Order is forged by someone in our consulate general of Houston!! Can you believe, then told me that they didn't receive my application along the money order, however, the money order had been cashed when I called the bank. How could this happen! How could they receive money order, cashier's check only but not check? Does anyone know the reason? Any other government officail I have dealed encourags check rather than cash type,how weird!!
