Help with H1B and AP cowboy992006-05-24 19:41:44

Dear all:

My I140 was approved and I485 is pending. I plan to go back China this Summer. I have not received my AP yet (more than 3 months). So I'm planning to apply H1b visa. Someone told me that if you travel without AP, you give up your I485 application. Is it true? Please help. Thanks in advance.

拿着你的申请收据到local INS要个AP多半能拿到或很快收到一个。

楼上说的这种情况只有在有emergency证据时才可以拿紧急AP
