Please give me some suggestions...Thank you guys in advance.
1.My LC Approved on May-22-2006(EB2, PERM), and I am eligable to file I-485 concruuently with I-140.
2.My Girl friend was born in china. (She is working in California, OPT visa. she just filed her H1-B visa petition.) Ps. I am working in Texas.
3.We decided to get married before I file 140 and 485.
Questions:
1. Sould I file 140 first and then marry her, and after that file 485 together? or Marry her first, then file 140/485 together?
2. We are living and working in different state now. Will that be a problem on 485 petition?
3. Do I need to parpare Form I-130 for her or I-485 only?
