The visa bulletin of May shows that EB-2 is January 1, 2004. and my priority date is (EB-2 4/28/2003), I sent my application package to NSC on 4/17/2006, too anxious. However, my I-485 application was returned today.
Now, I plan to re-file I-485 with I-131 and I-765 together as soon as possible. But I have the following concern, could anybody please help me?
1. Since all my application forms was signed on 4/13/2006, do I need to re-sign all the forms with current date?
2. My employment letter provided by my company was signed on 3/31/2006, do I need to ask for another new employment certification letter with current date?or I can use the existing one to file as soon as possible?
3. What kind of mail service from USPS should I use, priority mail with signature confirmation, or priority mail with tracking, or Express mail? which one do you use to send I-485 application to NSC?
