XiaoBaiTu and other Gurus,
I heared that the old PD can be carried over as long as I-140 is approved. My question is if I change job from Universtiy to industry can I still keep my old PD when applying for another PERM and I-140 with the new company?
Do the two jobs have to be similar? How to define the similarity since the old one is for non-profit organization while the new one is for profit industry?
