use EAD, 485 denied, Help xy22006-06-05 17:53:29

I was a H4, and filed a petition for Green Card. I'm working by using EAD. If my 485 is denied, may I reture to H4 again? LG's status still is H1.

by using EAD, you H4 is no longer effective.
