I am planing for the H1B 7th year extension filing by mysellf and having some questions needed help.

1. For prevailing wage, is it oaky as long as my current pay rate is higher than the selected level wage? The reason I am asking is that according to my evaluation, my current prevailing wage level is at least at level 3(my current pay is higher than level 4), but last year my lawyer filed the apllication(within the 6 years extension) with the prevailing wage at most at level 2. I do not know how he did this because I can not even find the prevailing wage number he put in the last filing from the OWL for last year.

2. My current GC LC is in PBEC, the pay rate was lower than the current prevailing wage level 3 but higher than the prevailing wage that my lawyer put in my H1B filing when GC LC was filed. Is there any relationship between the H1B/LCA filing and GC/LC filing? I am concern if something wrong with H1B filing now will affect my current GC LC and future GC filing.

3. Can we include the spouse's application materials in the same envelop as H1B or the spouse has to file sperately? If the spouse's material can be put in the envelop as H1B, should we fill the form G-28 to ask employer as the representative for spouse's apllication or just using spouse herself as the
petitioner only?

Any comments are highly appreciated
