Hi everyone,
I’m working with my OPT now and thinking about apply for H1-b with advanced degree. I graduated last December with a master degree. But just read the requirement from CIS web site and it says that you need to provide not only the diploma, but also a proof of you have over 10 year full time working experience etc. basically I only the master degree diploma and has only been worked for less than 6 months.
So my question is that whether I’m eligible for applying the H-1b with advanced degree?
Please help me out.
