I am preparing to file PERM through my attorney. Now we are putting several ad on newspapers and websites to recruit the position I am going to file. But we received one resume which is very strong and over qualified. Because it is from a government website where we put the ad., we cannot just simply discard it. Does any body have suggestion how we can make it unqualified through phone interview? Many thanks!!!
