I have a quick question on the I-130 form (Petition for Alien Relative). For #15 “Name and address of present employer (if any)”, whose employer does this refer to, my or my relative’s? I thought my employer makes more sense but it is listed under “Information about your relative” column.
Can anyone filled this form before please help me out? Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
