My 140 case(EB1b), which was transfered to TSC from VSC, is approved recently by TSC, and I am preparing documents requried for 485 filing.

If my PD become current, do you think which service center my 485 should be submitted to? Does I have a chance to choose one between TSC and VSC (My working an living palce is New York City)?
