I'm under F1 visa. my hu*****and is applying for F2 visa, he is also under one year OPT. However, his OPT is expiring very soon, after OPT expire, he can't legally work in the U.S. unless he apply for H1B. However, the H1B had run out. Is any way that he can continue work legally in the U.S and apply for H1B? Could you please give me any advise? Thank you so much!!!!!!
