Just wonder what is the average time for receiving the case number (or any type of receipt) of the LC-based I-140 in NSC? My case: PERM, EB2: LC approved early April. My lawyer filed my I-140 to NSC on May 17th. So far, have not received the case number or any response from NSC. Emailed my laywer and he said it is typical. According to several I-140 cases (TSC) reported in this forum, the case number is generally received within 2 weeks. Anybody has the similar experience for I-140 in NSC, please share. Thanks.
