Some one said the priority date for NIW is the I-140 receive date. Mine is 2/28/2005. But I found the priority date listed on the I-485 receive notice is 3/5/2005. What a pity? The current PD for EB-2 is 3/1/2005. I am just several days behind. According to the Visa bulletin, the PD for next month would be slow or stop, even retrogress again. Hope I wouldn't be trapped in that. Keep my finger crossed.
