My company wants to relocate and transfer me to a new job, which is different from the job title I applied H1B and L/C with. The permanent labor application was filed at the end of 2004. It was only last week that the DOL sent me a letter acknowledging receipt of such.
My questions are:
1. How long would it usually take for the paper application for LC to be approved?
2. If I start over with a new application for L/C, would it take less time? and how long would that be?
3. Any impact on my H1B?
