Medical examination NIW2006TSC2006-06-15 22:29:00

We are about to submit our I 485. However, we just figure out that my wife get pregnant. As a result, the doctor said my wife had to wait till the birth of our baby which will be next year. The doctor will provide the bloood test result but leave the immunization and HT part blank.

Do you guys know how will this affect our I 485 processing? How can we resolved it?
