Help: Extend H1 or EAD? adacca2006-06-16 18:13:46

Which one shall I extend, H1 or EAD? My current situation: NIW I-140 approved, I-485 pending. I did not use my last EAD. By the way, EAD can work for any employer, do I still need H1? Thanks.

H1 is keep your legal working status in case your 485 is denied.
