My I485 has been approved on May 23, and I have received my GC for more than two weeks, but my wife even does not have her LUD changed. I found a discussion regarding in the same problem on the ImmigrationPortal Forums, and I post it below.

My EB1-C case is approved yesterday.
I had LUD on May 31 and approval June 14.
My spouse had LUD on 31 and June 14 but no approval
My son had LUD on June 14 but no approval.
I do not know why they didn't approve dependent cases. I saw all dependent approved together.
I have half happiness...

I had a similar problem. Both my and my son's GC were approved on May 26, but not my wife's. I have even received the plastic GC (my son's GC will take longer as they need to scan his photo).
I called UCICS and they told me that my wife's application went for "further background check", and have no idea how long this will take. Perhaps, this is hapenning to your wife as well.
