我的情况: I140 & I485 concurrently filed in Sept 2005 based on NIW. I140 approved in October.I485 still pending.
The LC filed by my company was also approved recently with the filing date of Sept 2004. My HR was asking me the materials for I140.
My question is:
Should I submit another I140? The advantage is the PD date is one year earlier. But even if this LC based I140 approved, do I need to submit another I485, or can I link the old 485?
I am working in science field but mainly doing software. My NIW is based on scientific work, I worry I could not change to another field (software) until I got the card. On the other hand, My LC title is software engineer, so I am thinking to change job to software field under AC21.
Please advice!
