请问关于护照延期的几个问题 BioH1b 文学城

1，除护照以外，其它材料是不是复印件即可？需不需要公证？
2，I94卡要不要？
3，H1身份需提供什么材料？
4，I－485 pending，用过AP，现用EAD工作，需附上什么文件？
5，照片一定要蓝色背景吗？白色可不可以？
请有相关经验的朋友予以解答。谢谢！
