In 2004, two FBIs stopped by my hu*****and's working place and asked him some questions about whether he went back to China in 2000 (which he didn't). They didn't disclose what was this about, but at the end they told my hu*****and that they got the wrong person.(our guess is the guy they wanted has the same name) Anyway, my question is - will this incident have any negative impact on his 485 application? Say will this slow down the process? By the way, his I-140 was approved in Feb, 2006, and 485 was submitted in September, 2005.
