I485 waiting for visa number available 四月花2006-06-21 18:30:33

My PD is Aug.2005 and I140 was approved in 2006 (NIW) in VSC.

I called VSC and was told that they are waiting for the visa number for my I485 to go to next step processing.

Does that mean my name check and background check have been finished?
