小弟最近申请到J-1签证去美国工作. 但DS2019表上"Preliminary endorsement of consular..."一栏被签证官选中"Subject to two-year residence requirement based on the exchanger visitor skills list". 请问这是什么意思? 我能延长工作期吗? 我能转成其他签证吗,例如 H签证(备注说不能)? 多谢.
