H4 has EAD card, but not yet use it for working, Is she 晓雨2006-06-22 23:19:40

still in H4 status?
IF she used EAD card, does she lost h4 status? and if later on the I-140 denied, can she convert back to h4 again? Does she need go outside usa to ask h4 visa? or she can change it inside usa?
