I filed two I-140(EB1-b OR and EB2 NIW) on the same day in March 2005, and filed I-485 in April 2005. My NIW approved in Jun. 2005 and OR approved in Sep. 2005, As you know my PD for OR is current now but not for my NIW.Sicne 485 was filed independently on a different date from my two 140s, how can I know my 485 followed which of my 140? I called CIS today, the lady told me I need to call my lawyer who should know, but unforturenately my lawyer is on vacation now.
Dear Xiaobaitu, could you pls tell me the answer? May I tell CIS my 485 should
follow my OR which is current but not my NIW which is still not current? So I can get my GC earlier?
