I am Greencard (EB2) holder, filed 824(follow-to-join) for my child(18 years old)in China, now she got Pakage 4 for interview, and US Embassy of Guangzhou requests ORIGINAL 864?
I called NVC and was told I don't need to.
Who is correct? NVC or US Embassy of Guangzhou.
