从递I-140 开始就拖拖拉拉，现在终于盼到通过，准备I-485，可律师到现在已经过了2 个星期也没有告诉需要的材料，打电话说正忙，发电子邮件从来不回。至今刚刚收到催款的通知，并没有随信寄来checklist， 我说自己办，问他是否同意， 也没有音信。我该怎么办？We signed a contract that I must pay the last $1k (total $4k) after 140 has got approved.
