Help: How to get the admission for the undergraduate study in US hollyxfang2006-06-26 03:07:13

Please help me if you can offer some information. Many Thanks in advance.
My cousin in China just got the score of GAOKAO today it is very low (520)and her parents don't want to pay the expensive tuition for her to go to a university in China. But they do want to pay the dollars to send her to start the undergraduate study in USA. I am wondering which basic standards she has to reach in order to get the I-20 and Visa? By the way she has not taken Tofel yet.
