我的I-485申请已经pending三年半(delayed due to security check). 我有按网上建议去查FOIPA. 在发出FOIPA request信以后大概两个星期收到回信让我补充在美国其间的地址记录.但是按照给定的表格发回地址记录后,我就再没有收到我的记录或任何回信. 照这样看,是否意味着我在FBI的main file index里有hit呢? 可是我从来没有过任何犯罪记录呀，也没有做过违法的事．看FBI的NNCP的公告http://www.fbi.gov/hq/nationalnamecheck.htm, 好象name check 也用在职业申请和visa申请上．因为我的职业是IC design, 我的前任雇主和现任雇主都需要为中国雇员申请Export License, EL申请到之前也都要经过FBI的security check, 可是我的这两次Export License申请(in 2001 and 2004) 都是三个月内就完成了的．我的问题是: 会不会正是因为前两次的security check在FBI的UNI main file里留下了记录才导致我的name check被delay了? 另外, 有没有大侠也申请过Export License,但是name check没有任何问题的呢?
