J1 Waiver help. How long get the recommendation after US dep.of richard04422006-06-27 02:59:48

My J1 waiver online status in US department of state shows that the favorable recommendation letter sent out on June 20, 2006. But I still have not get the copy of recommendation letter. I used Express mail and tracked the mail status, there is no record for the mail. Anybody know how long I can get the letter. Thanks a lot.
