被要求补充marriage certificate
要求是Document must contain the seal of the issuing office including the date of registration and the signature of the registrar.
我原来交的是结婚公证的复印件，是不是补交原件就可以了？
但我的原件是好几年前做的，是不是最好新做一份？
还有几个问题：
1. 按原意应该是登记机关出的证明，就是民政局。但没有听说过民政局有办英文结婚证明的业务，公证处是不是也可以？
2. 这个seal就是指公章吧？
3. 如果是公证处，这个date of registration没有问题，但signature of the registrar就不是原来的意思了，只有公证员的。没有问题吧？
