Already filed I-140 and working on the doucments for I-485 right now.I noticed that the starting date in my previous employment verification letter was wrong when I filed I-140.It is one month earlier than the authorized working date.I was using CPT for this work and in my I-20 it states starting from 01/2003, but in the employment verification letter it said 12/2002.
I want to put in the correct date in I-485 filing.So right now there is some inconsistancy between my I-140 and I-485.Is this a serious problem? I just hope the immigration officer will not think that I worked illegally.
Any suggestions,everybody? Please help to give me some ideas....Thank you very much!
