DOL didn't receive my 45-letter response confirmation jiojio2006-06-28 23:34:48

My company faxed the response confirmation letter back to DOL, but some how DOL didn't receive it, and now they sent this letter to us saying they closed my case. But my lawyer said since we have the proof that we did fax the letter back them, so DOL should reopen my case. Anybody came across the same situation? Thanks

It happens on lot of cases. They will eventually reopen
